My Restorative Yoga

Dear Visitor,  along with the World of the fairy-tales, I offer restorative yoga to experience the unity with Nature und oneself, to experience the feeling of care for others.  This creates an impulse of a positive energy that we can direct into our Nature. It is a beautiful healing process, letting us to experience an unlimited amount of the  radiating energy inside and outside ourselves. 

• Classes can be private or for a small group.
• The classes can take place in Zug , Zürich or at agreed place.
• The classes can take place online.
• Best to meet during the week after work or on the week-end.
• The content of the class can be discussed  at the beginning  or the restorative program can be prepared in advance.
